Aisling & Alan’s Kilshane House Wedding was exactly what you would expect from two creatives. Their friends and family filled the beautiful Kilshane House with gorgeous touches to help tell their story. These include stunning table settings featuring their favourite books and hand-illustrated table plans, lovingly put together by their friends.

Getting Ready

Aisling & her bridesmaids had created an oasis of calm in the bridal suite as Aisling gave thoughtful gifts to each bridesmaid. It was obvious how close they are were as they beamed as Aisling walked out in her wedding dress for the first time.

Meanwhile, the Groom and groomsmen enjoyed a similarly relaxing morning as they got ready for the day. They ordered drinks to the room and exchanged gifts. You could hear plenty of laughter from behind those doors as all the nerves disappeared.

The Ceremony

The ceremony took place in the stunning conservatory at the Kilshane House. Aisling’s bridesmaids played “Moon River” on the ukelele as she walked down the sun lit aisle. The ceremony was truly heartfelt with friends and family giving accounts of their relationship with Aisling & Alan leading to plenty of tears and giggles. There were so many beautiful personal touches throughout the ceremony, including Alan’s best man officiating it.

Bride and Groom Portraits

After the ceremony, the guests enjoyed a cocktail reception. I snuck away with Aisling and Alan for their portrait session before the rain came. We explored the grounds of Kilshane House and wandered through the Stoneyard for a beautiful evening of laughing and celebrating together.

The Reception

Upon returning to the reception, Aisling and Alan’s family and friends greeted them with heartfelt speeches. Then, Aisling & Alan took to the dance floor for their first dance to Amy Shark’s ‘Adore You’.

It simply was a stunning day and it was an absolute pleasure to witness all of the joy and love surrounding Aisling & Alan as they tied the knot at this beautiful Kilshane House Wedding.
