Julie-Ann & Kieran’s Ashford Castle Wedding

The Morning

Julie-Ann and Kieran’s wedding at the Ashford Castle was simply beautiful. They started their day at the Lodge at Ashford Castle where they hung out with their wedding party and family. There was an air of calm on the morning of the wedding. Julie-Ann & Kieran both were able to relax with their wedding party as they were getting ready. They even included their adorable dog, Harvey, in some of the festivities and photos!

The Ceremony at Ashford Lodge

After the getting ready portion of their morning, we all traveled down to the nearby chapel on the Ashford Castle property for their wedding ceremony. They shared in a special ceremony and shared lots of smiles and laughs.

Bride and Groom Portraits

After a beautiful ceremony, we took hopped in the Landrover to explore Ashford Castle’s grounds. We spent some time wandering around the Castle grounds and it was such a beautiful evening. The Landrover played an important role in the portrait session when the light faded fast. We actually used the headlights for some extra light and it turned out magical. It was definitely the first time the staff at Ashford has witnessed that!

The Reception at Ashford Lodge

We soon entered the Lodge for the drinks reception before Julie-Ann & Kieran made their grand entrance into dinner. After amazing speeches from both families and an impromptu rendition on the tin whistle from the bride, it was time to get on the dance floor. To say that the dance floor was heaving would be an understatement! Everyone rushed on at once and celebrated this incredible new chapter for Julie-Ann & Kieran, there was so much love in the room!
