Ashley reached out to me to help plan an anniversary session for her and her husband of nine years, Josh. They had planned a flying visit to Ireland and wanted to make the most of it. They were staying along the Causeway coast and as they were big fans of Game of Thrones, it made sense to make the Dark Hedges our first stop.

Sunrise is the perfect time to explore the Dark Hedges so we got up at the crack of dawn and made our way there. Sure enough, we were the only people there and got gorgeous images.

After our stop at the Dark Hedges, Ashley & Josh stopped by their hotel for a quick outfit change. Our next stop was Kinbane Castle, just a short drive along the Causeway coast.

Kinbane Castle did not disappoint. As we descended the steps, Ashley & Josh were amazed at the views and were so excited to jump into their portraits.

It was an incredible morning, I adore showing what our gorgeous little island of Ireland has to offer.
